Brivia Group owns a property situated in the heart of the block located in the quadrilateral formed by Phillips Square between the streets of Sainte-Catherine West, Saint-Alexandre and René- Lévesque.

The first part of our mandate consisted of a site analysis that encompassed the historical evolution, heritage, built environment, access points, servitudes and specific regulations (density, height, etc.). Following the study of this particular site, preliminary development scenarios were explored on the basis of a maximum buildable area evaluated by our team. The strengths and weaknesses of these scenarios were analyzed, which led to the optimal selection of development guidelines. The architectural firms involved in the selection process were given these guidelines to develop a proposal and concept.
The Fahey et associés team accompanied Brivia Group throughout the selection process for the architectural team and began discussions with the Borough to prepare for the approval process.
